Congratulations on taking the first step to helping your loved one, yourself and your family to live well!  The journey will not always be easy, but the WellBeing team is here with support and resources to help you along the way in privacy

 

You might have noticed a number things that have you concerned: 

  • Sadness or depression

  • Irritability or anger, angry outbursts

  • Worrying too much

  • Restlessness

  • Fatigue

  • Feeling overwhelmed

  • Isolating - avoiding together time, friends

  • Using more alcohol or other drugs

  • Change in sex drive.

  • Chest pain
  • Headache
  • Stomach upset
  • Overeating or undereating
  • Muscle tension or pain
  • Tobacco use
  • Lack of motivation or focus
  • Change in performance at work, absent more often

The good news is there are ways to tackle these challenges with a little creativity  and the help of the internet and modern technology.
