Adding mini-goals to your plan

Getting Started

Once you've met your mini-goals - maxed out what you want to accomplish for that topic, there are 2 next steps:

1) Maintain it - keep doing it every day the way you want.

2) Add a new mini-goal to your Action Plan.

  • Action plan:  Find a counselor and/or psychiatrist

Ask primary care for ideas.

Ask friends/family if they know anyone.

Ask minister/pastor

  • Action plan:  Call to make an appointment with a counselor &/or psychiatrist by the end of Week 2
